Booking, Cancellations & Change of Bookings
1. The Santa Land online booking service can only be used for purchasing tickets; we regret that the system cannot be used for provisional bookings or to hold reservations. Please check dates and times before booking as tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
2. All visitors must present a valid reference number on arrival. This is printed on your confirmation email.
3. Please arrive 10 minutes before your booking time slot – we may not be able to accommodate late comers. Bookings are every 30 minutes within a rostered schedule. A group of families will be booked in to each 30 minute slot and each family will have an individual experience arranged in sequence on the day of the booking. Please note that your booking time is a guide time to your visit and there may be a waiting period of up to 30-40 minutes with a confirmed pre-booking because each visit to Santa is individualised.
4..Photographs are included in the price and extra photographs can be purchased for an additional fee. We always endeavour to have your photograph ready before the end of your visit. Please be aware that in the event of unforeseen circumstances, your photograph may not be ready until a later time in the day or the next working day.
5. All visitors must complete a registration form prior to entry. We regret due to space and time limitations that we may be unable to process any additional written information you may provide.
6. All children must be accompanied by an adult and have adult supervision at all times.
7. Management reserves the right to refuse admission.

A credit/debit card is required to make a booking through the Santa’s grotto website. We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, and selected debit cards. Your method of payment will be charged when you click the "Purchase" button on the "Purchase" page. Following payment you are required to print off your confirmation and present it when you visit Santa Land
Your credit card details are handled by a secure payment gateway and will not be stored or passed on to any other party.
